So my incredibly creative wife who is always developing characters and an entirely unique world around her asked me to do an adaptation of one of her sketches. I chose an animal she calls the Lear. It is the love child of a lion and a bear. It was a fun illustration to do.

Here is a few things I did this week. I sketched this bear because my wife and I were trying to decide who knew more about what bears looked like. And this Jazz poster is a project in progress for my current employer. It needs some cleaning up, even though its not really my style I think it is coming along pretty good. I am trying to do more digital painting, or painting on the computer for the laymen. It is a close second to real oil painting but it is cleaner faster and doesn't fill your home with cancer causing agents. This is a painting of a sketch I did, it is still in progress. I finished the face for the most part then just blocked in the body and the background. I hope to finish it this week.
